Is there a wait
There are no reservations as per the Yelp page and the words of the owner. The wait can be very long nearly 2 hours one night left and came back after 1 hour then still waited 45 minutes for 6 people ahead of us.
Can non-halal and halal meats be cooked on same surface? If yes, isn't halal meat getting contaminated with left over pork fat on the surface?
The grilles are changed frequently before, during, and after diners eat. The grilles are cleaned and scrubbed throughly from what I saw. If a diner only eats Halal meats then in theory there would be no cross contamination. If you order and eat both Halal and non Halal, that would be a voluntary choice, IMHO.
Do they sell gyozas? Here at this Korean BBQ?
No. I'm familiar with the menu and I don't recall seeing gyozas
Do I have to make a reservation to eat?
No reservations taken here. Waitlist available upon arrival. Wait can be long as an hour or more on evenings. Use Yelp to get on the waitlist and to view the queue.
Do they charge extra for drinks?
Yes, they have several drinks. A non-alcoholic drink like Coke or iced tea is $2.75.
Is this place 100% Halal?
To say 100% halal, no they're not. There are two menus available, the halal only menu and the non-halal which does have pork options.
Can I dine alone here?
